Again this year, the YHS Band program is sponsoring a needy child for the holidays. Her name is Arianna and she is 3 years old. Using part of the money we have raised from our various fundraisers, the band officers will purchase items from her list to Santa. If you are interested in donating additional items, please contact Ms. Kluga. Items are needed by Friday 12/6. Arianna wears a size 6 children’s shoe, and size 4T shirt/pants. We are interested in all clothing items (pj’s, outfits, socks, and shoes), and a few toys. She particularly likes purple and PJ Masks.
As a social event celebrating the hard work leading up to our concert, the Band Officers and Ms. Kluga are hosting a movie night. We will watch a “G” or “PG” rated film – TBD. Snacks will be provided. If your student is planning to attend, please have them sign-up in the band room.
